Approved, approved, approved

I've been approved for a revision of my 2002 gastric bypass...Whatever a gastrogastric fistula and a jejunal diveticulum is what my doctor submitted and it was approved on first try...(submitted on July 14th, approved July 16th) I got the letter in the mail on July 17th...speedy, huh? I will say that I visited another doctor a year ago about a revision and he submitted 4 times with each one denied...same insurance company...just coded differently.

The doctor doing my revision did my original bypass, so I trust him completely.

Congrats on your approval. I am seeing my surgeon tomorrow about correcting my fistula. Hopefully I will have the same luck as you did.

Hearing of your approval gives me hope.
